The Transport Process

Get a Quote

We are happy to provide you with a free quote for our auto transportation services via phone call or online request. In order to get an accurate quote we will need the following information:

Current vehicle location (where we will be picking it up)
Vehicle destination
Make & model
Verify your vehicle runs and drives
Destination arrival date

*Please Note: We do not ship boats, golf carts, ATV's, motorcycles, non-running or classic/collector cars.

Schedule Pick-up & Delivery

To ensure on-time pick-up and delivery, we require a 2 week to over a month advanced notice to schedule and coordinate the details depending on the season.

Transport

Your Countryside Auto Transport Inc. representative will contact you 24-hours prior to pick-up to ensure availability. Upon arrival of the transport vehicle you can expect the following:

Inspection: Before loading your vehicle, your driver will conduct a thorough vehicle inspection. Any scratches, paint chips, window cracks, dents, dings, etc., will be marked. Upon delivery, you will be able to verify the vehicle is in the same condition as it was at pick-up.

Loading: We properly train all drivers on safe and efficient ways to load vehicles. All loads are set according to weight and height dimensions. We safely secure each vehicle with four chains ratcheted down tight, according to vehicle specifications. All loading decisions are made by Countryside’s professionally trained drivers.

Peace of Mind: Once loaded, your vehicle is locked and the keys for the vehicle are kept in the truck. You can depend on us to treat your vehicle like it’s our own.

Delivery: Driver will contact you 24-hours before arriving to schedule delivery time. Vehicle will be unloaded for you to inspect that no damage has occurred during transport. Sign inspection/BOL and enjoy your vehicle.
